Obagi Nu-Cil® Eyelash Enhancing Serum is powered by NouriPlex® Technology, a clinically proven blend of biotin, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate and a proprietary lipid compound. It is designed to improve the appearance of thinning, sparse lashes so they look fuller, thicker and more densely packed.

How to use

Apply once nightly to clean, completely dry skin. Apply a thin layer to the base of the upper lash line only, then allow 90 seconds to dry before applying other products. Do not apply to the lower lash line.
