Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) will be processed on the following business day. 

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

We currently offer shipping within the UK only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  1. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

  1. Shipping Restrictions:

Certain products may not be available for shipping to some locations within the UK. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  1. Damages:

Dr Motox Clinic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
