Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all treatments provided by Dr Motox Ltd. By booking a treatment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Treatment Eligibility and Age Requirement

Age Requirement:
- All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments at The Clinic. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Proof of age may be required, and The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if satisfactory proof of age is not provided.

Treatment Availability:
- The Clinic offers various treatments as detailed in the price list available via our booking site, accessible through our website at www.drmotox.com.

Qualified Practitioners:
- All treatments are performed by fully qualified and insured practitioners. The consulting practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed not in the client's best interest. In such cases, The Clinic reserves the right to retain your deposit in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Consultation Requirements:
- All clients are required to complete a Consultation Form, which includes sections on Medical History, Treatment Consent, and Photo Consent, prior to any treatment. The Consent Form is a crucial document that forms part of your contract with The Clinic.
- By completing the Consent Form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Failure to provide accurate information may affect the effectiveness of your treatment, for which The Clinic cannot be held responsible.

Treatment Outcomes:
- The Clinic does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes or the longevity of results.
Photo Consent and Release

Treatment Photos:
- The Clinic requires photographs to be taken before and after every treatment. These photos are kept as part of your treatment record for a period of 7 years. Treatment will not proceed if the client refuses to allow photos to be taken.
- Photos will be kept confidential if requested by the client.

Use of Photos:
- Clients may be asked for consent to use their photos for marketing or teaching purposes. Consent is given voluntarily, and no monetary compensation will be provided. All photos used for these purposes will remain the sole property of The Clinic.
Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirements:
- A deposit is required for each treatment booked, with the amount varying based on the treatment cost. The deposit must be paid when booking the appointment and is non-refundable.
- Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if at least 72 hours' notice is given prior to changing the appointment date.

Non-Refundable Deposits:
- There is a strict non-refundable deposit policy for all treatments.
Final Balance

Payment Terms:
- The final balance for the treatment must be paid in full immediately after the treatment is completed. Dr Motox Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate, as may vary from time to time.
Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations:
- Clients may cancel or rearrange appointments with at least 72 hours’ notice. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
- If the appointment is cancelled or rearranged more than 72 hours in advance, the client can reschedule to another mutually agreed date without any additional charge. If a new date cannot be agreed upon, deposits will remain non-refundable but can be applied to future appointments within 6 months.

Illness Cancellations:
- Clients who provide 72 hours’ notice can reschedule their appointments free of charge.
- For cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice due to illnesses, the deposit will be forfeited, subject to the discretion of The Clinic.
Concerns and Complaints

Complaint Procedure:
- Any concerns or complaints about the treatment received must be submitted to The Clinic in writing immediately. Clients are encouraged to carefully follow aftercare instructions provided.

Liability:
- While our practitioners strive to provide optimal care and treatment, The Clinic’s liability is limited to the cost of your treatment only. At its discretion and without any admission of liability, The Clinic may offer a refund, which will be in full and final settlement of any complaint.
Top-Up Policy

Top-Up Sessions:
- Some treatments may require a top-up session, which will incur an additional charge as listed in the price list. The practitioner will advise if a top-up is necessary.
- Clients must schedule their top-up session within 2-4 weeks of the initial treatment. Failure to do so will result in the need to book a new appointment, which will be charged at the original cost of the treatment.

Discretionary Top-Ups:
- All top-ups and corrections are at the sole discretion of The Clinic.
Variation of Terms

Right to Amend Terms:
- The Clinic reserves the right to vary any term or condition of this contract, including, without limitation, the cost of treatments.
