Loyalty Card Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Loyalty Card Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We look forward to rewarding you for your loyalty and trust in our clinic.

  1. Program Eligibility:
    The Loyalty Card Program is open to clients who book their first appointment at our clinic. Clients must collect their loyalty card in person at their initial appointment to start earning rewards.
  2. Earning Rewards:
    For each qualifying visit, your loyalty card will be stamped at the end of your appointment. Upon receiving 5 stamps (one per visit), you will be eligible for £100 off your 6th appointment.
  3. Redemption:
    The £100 discount can only be redeemed on the 6th visit and is non-transferable. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts and holds no cash value.
  4. Stamp Collection and Validation:
    Stamps are awarded at the conclusion of each paid appointment and must be validated by our clinic staff. Canceled or no-show appointments do not qualify for a stamp.
  5. Card Ownership:
    Loyalty cards are personal to each client and cannot be shared, transferred, or combined with other loyalty cards. The loyalty card must be presented at each visit to receive a stamp.
  6. Lost or Stolen Cards:
    The clinic is not responsible for any lost or stolen loyalty cards. A replacement card may be issued, but previous stamps cannot be transferred or replaced.
  7. Program Changes and Termination:
    The clinic reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Loyalty Card Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website or made available at the clinic.
  8. Non-Transferable Reward:
    The £100 reward is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original loyalty card holder.
  9. Limitations and Exclusions:
    The Loyalty Card Program applies only to eligible treatments and services. Some exclusions may apply, and the program cannot be applied to product purchases, gift cards, or promotional treatments.
