First-time use
If you're new to Ultimate Recovery, we recommend a patch test at least 24 hours before first use. Learn how to patch test here.

After cleansing in the morning and/or evening, apply a small amount to necessary areas.
Step 2
If applying in the morning, leave to absorb before applying sunscreen. We recommend Advanced Day Ultimate Protect.
