New to retinal? Start with strength 3. If you already use Crystal Retinal on your face, you can match your eye cream to your current face strength. Medik8 recommends using at least one tube of your current strength before moving up to the next.
How to use
In the evening, after cleansing, any direct acids and your face retinal, apply a rice-sized amount per eye around the eye area, avoiding the eyelids, and before your moisturiser. Always use sunscreen in the morning while using vitamin A.
Phase it in gradually: use it twice a week for the first two weeks, every other night for the next two weeks, then every night. A patch test at least 24 hours before first use is recommended. Reduce frequency if dryness or irritation develops.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Medik8 cannot give advice on medical conditions such as pregnancy or breastfeeding and recommends speaking to your GP or midwife before use. Medik8 generally recommends avoiding vitamin A while pregnant or breastfeeding.
